Holy Cow

Went on a challenging run in 70 mile an hour winds along the coastal paths this weekend in Devon.
The track took me across a field with cows - with young calves - and they weren't too friendly so I had to leap over a barbed wire fence to avoid them.
On the way back I ended slogging up a newly ploughed field to avoid a repeat - Phew!  A bit old for this malarkey.
